The Mahoning Valley Running Series
Thank you for visiting the Mahoning Valley Running Series page. Races from Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties have joined together to increase race participation here in the Mahoning Valley. Jim Henderson and Phillip Pillin work hard to make this series work. If you know of any individual or a corporation who might want to help sponsor or be willing to donate, please let Jim or Phil know.
In 2001, there were twenty- three races on the series from Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. There were over eighty runners participating in this series this year.

2003 marked the fourth year for the series. Once again, there were 29 races to choose from racing. We had over 85 runners in the series!

2004 marks the fifth year for the series. Once again, there are 29 races to choose from racing. This year we hope to get 100 runners participating. As soon as the race directors send us their 2004 results, we will score them and put them up on this web site below. Remember, you must be a member of the series before any race will count. Entry fee is $15.00 and all participants who run at least 10 races will get a MVRS logo T-shirt. You must be registered by July 1, 2004 to join.
